Homework: August 23

Homework Calendar Activities:  Please initial the weekly homework log and turn in any written work completed by your child.

Flashcards:  Study word wall word flashcards (at least 10 minutes each day).   Please see the word wall words tab for flashcard ideas.  New words for this week are: IS, THE, ME. Word Wall Quiz and Spelling Test on Friday!

Read to your child:  Please read to your child each night for at least 10 minutes and initial the weekly homework log.

Sharing: Write one sentence about how you can take initiative at home or school. Draw a picture to go with your sentence. Sharing is due any day this week.

Book Box:  Please help your child make a book box.  The boxes should be completed by next Friday, August 27th and brought to school for your child to share with the class.  If your child completes the box before next Friday please send it in earlier to prevent all 20 students sharing on the same day.  Thanks!
